SKIP concrete plants are considered to be the simplest lifting mechanisms for transporting bulk components of future concrete. Actually, the skip itself is a hopper—type trolley into which the material is poured. The trolley is lifted up by steel cables, the movement is carried out by an electric trolley. The shaft on which the rope pulling the skip is wound is located at the top. The skip position sensors are installed in the extreme positions of the working stroke of the trolley, according to their signals, the mechanism is loaded or unloaded.
